Launch a form, or send to any link
Point a tag at one of your workflows — check-in, waiver, feedback, registration — or at any URL with campaign tracking attached. Change the destination anytime without touching the hardware.
Tap. Scan. Done.
Simply Action Tags are physical NFC tags, QR codes, and wallet passes that launch the right form, check-in, or link the moment someone taps — verified, logged, and connected to your real records. No app, no login, no typing a URL off a poster.
Why teams tag the real world
Check-ins live on clipboards, feedback links live on posters nobody types in, and “who actually showed up?” gets answered from memory. An Action Tag closes the gap: stick the action where the people are, and every tap lands in the system as a real, verified record.

Secure tags use NTAG 424 DNA chips: every tap carries a one-time cryptographic code the platform verifies before acting. A copied or replayed URL simply does not work.
Fresh-scan windows expire each scan within seconds. Nobody checks in from the parking lot with a screenshot, and yesterday’s link cannot claim today’s attendance.
Bulk-generate one tag per attendee, member, or piece of equipment. Each tap opens the action already pointed at the right record — no lookup step, no wrong-person mistakes.
Issue passes to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A pass presents at the door like a boarding pass, updates itself when things change, and can be revoked the moment it should stop working.
Time, location, device, and outcome for every scan — successes, expired scans, and blocked replays alike. Attendance questions become a report, not an argument.

How it fits together
Action Tags are managed in Simply360 like everything else you run: create the tag, point it at an action, and the physical world starts writing to your database.
Point the tag at a form, check-in flow, wallet credential, or tracked link.
Cards, stickers, signs, keychains, or passes meet people in the physical moment.
Secure NFC and fresh-scan rules decide whether the action is allowed.
Visitors use the browser they already have; staff keep the line moving.
Successful, expired, disabled, and blocked attempts remain visible.

Alongside physical tags, you can now issue credentials straight to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A pass is a tag that travels with the person: presented at the door, verified in one scan, updated remotely, and revoked the instant it should stop working.

An example workflow for a real-world check-in moment. Hardware imagery stays pending until real samples or approved renders are available.
Staff place a tag at the door and point it at the check-in flow.
Fresh scans run immediately; stale or replayed links are blocked.
Attendance and scan outcomes are records, not a sheet to type up later.
This is an example workflow, not customer proof — real Action Tags product imagery is owner-gated.
